Eddie Rocket's - Dublin

We waited 10 minutes for a table and we looked at menus whilst waiting, outside in the cold also, so we knew what we wanted but when we were seated, we were squished into a two person table for 4 of us and sat for 10 minutes without being asked for our order. I asked a member of staff could we order and he looked at us and completely ignored us. I then asked another member of staff to order and she told me that there was 2 tables ahead of us to order when i know for a fact that we had been there before those two tables. They were very rude and not approachable at all. We left after they served the people who came in after us because we were not paying for that type of service.

I was having a nice lunch with alex and I noticed some white goo on my straw. Manager punched me in the face. :

I really enjoyed a bit of food in Eddie Rocketts while passing through Blanch the other day. Service was excellent, rhe olace was spotless snd the food was really tasty.

We arrived at the restaurant on Monday early evening The restaurant was very empty with just 3-4 tables occupied When we arrived a staff came to the door with a take out bag looking for a customer and told us (we were standing outside) he’d be back to us. He proceeded to take an order from one of the tables. Another staff was chatting to another diner and two others were scattered around the bar area We waited 10-15 minutes outside in the freezing cold and we’re ignored by passing staff We eventually went inside to wait (well outside 2 meters from anyone) and we’re abruptly asked to go back outside by a staff at the bar. We tried to explain it was freezing but she insisted again abruptly. We decided to go across the road to TJ Fridays instead where we were made to feel welcome by staff who still followed all the COVID-19 guidelines Clare

I ate in your venue today and ordered a few sides. I bit into a jalapeño cheese bite and it was actually a chicken nugget. I told a waitress that was walking by and explained to her that I’m a vegetarian and that I’m after eating chicken and she said ‘so do you want me to take it back’. I said yes as Im a vegetarian and I’m scared to eat the rest of them. Regardless, it’s not what I ordered so of course I’m going to want to send it back, she took the plate and walked away with out another word. A different waitress brought the new plate back and apologised for the mix up but the attitude of the first waitress was really bitter and I wasn’t even offered to have the item taken off my bill. I just ate the rest of my food and left as I was quite distressed after eating meat after years of being a vegetarian and I didn’t want to make a fuss in store as I’m not that type of person and don’t want to be any trouble but this was at about 1 o’clock today and it’s nearly 10pm and I’m still a bit upset about the bad customer service I experienced and lack of sympathy that they’d just served me meat.
