Fancy some junk food after a long and tiring day? Order from Four Star Pizza Dun Laoghaire, put your feet up and relax... and believe me, you're going to need to, because delivery takes anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes locally! Have a cuppa while you sit there starving, only to be greeted by a rude delivery guy who hands you the equivalent of a defrosted frozen pizza that needs to go back into the oven before it's remotely warm or edible. Take a bite of cardboard-like crust and bask in the existential rage that has now overtaken the entirety of your awful weekday. Speaking of crust, that's all that is available to eat... as the toppings are mostly stuck to the top of your pizza box because Four Star are too cheap to include the plastic thingy to stop it from getting crushed by your delivery guy. In all seriousness, this was the worst excuse for pizza imaginable. Absolute muck that's fit for the bin. It used to be a nice treat but the Dun Laoghaire shop has gone downhill majorly. Had the worst experience ordering food. The new person incharge made us actually helpless, refusing to even refund our money. The tone that he used is something you cannot expect from a person taking your order. Pathetic customer experience. Cannot give zero star hence giving 1. Service: 1
