Great food, great service, great location and vibes

We had a very enjoyable Sunday lunch here. The rib of beef was fantastic, the beef was well hung, it had an amazing flavour to it. It had real depth to it. The Yorkshire was fantastic. Only downside was the roast potatoes, these were dry and overdone. The price was €22.50 for the roast beef and not €19.50 as listed on the website. I recently had a Sunday roast at Hawksmoor in Dublin and I have to say that it was no match to the Roast at FX Buckley in Monkstown. I'd recommend this place.

Excellent steak, great service and lovely cocktail bar upstairs when you're finished your meal! Also one of the few restaurants open and lively on a Tuesday evening
