I ordered onion soup as starter and potatoes with eggs and chorizo as main. Soup was ok, no surprise there. As for the main chorizo was burned, potatoes without taste basically mediocre tasting omelette for 17e, quite a disappointment. Service was slow and confused (they've forgotten to bring main course and needed to be reminded) even though restaurant was almost empty. Visually pleasing place I would recommend if that's your priority and you don't mind under average service and food.
I absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere. Very clean restaurant. We were welcomed right away and had good service. The food was absolutely amazing. We got the French onion soup and croquet madame. Best soup I’ve ever had!
The food was amazing, way better then I’d expected it to be, we had the pork belly for starters and the stake frites for main, both delicious and tasty. Their cocktails were also good, and strong.
Dinner for two in a Friday evening , we had a nice corner table which was cozy as the tables are small and the space is quite open as it turns into a bar later in in the evening . Wonderful host/waiter (from Brazil) gave a great welcome and was attentive and friendly throughout the evening.. it was probably the most noteworthy point of the restaurant though the decor is warm with cool Edison lighting against the exposed brick . I had rump of lamb which at €31 was cooked and presented perfectly though a little tough , my friend had a starter with french fries as mains and we had cheese €14 at the end , nicely presented on a board with grapes and almonds though the cheese portions were tiny . We enjoyed a magnificent french Cahors Malbec. All in all a nice night , restaurant environment is only ok but the friendly team made the difference up in their approach.
