Midnight Express - Dublin

I placed an order for takeout, and when I arrived 15 minutes later, I saw that they were only just putting my pizza in the oven. This was the first time this happened, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, when it happened a second time, I decided to cancel my order. It's important to trust the restaurant you are giving your money to when it comes to food. I have received subpar food in the past but never complained or left a bad review. This restaurant shows no respect for their customers. It's disappointing to support a business that wastes your time and takes your money. I am appalled by the poor service I have experienced.

Once again, I am extremely disappointed as my daughter's cheeseburger was forgotten. Despite giving them another chance after a previous incident, I was the only person dining there tonight. Not only did I not receive all the items I ordered, but I also found discrepancies in the menu prices. This level of service is unacceptable and I will be taking further action. -1 star.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. My taco fries dripped all over my clothes on my short walk home, and my milkshake burst at the bottom. Despite being a regular customer, I won't be returning unless they improve their service, even for home delivery. I've had to call in multiple times for missing items, which is frustrating. I would give them zero stars, as it seems like they only care about fulfilling Just Eat orders. The food was dry, and the chips were overly salty, making the taco fries even more unpleasant.

Ordered a burger and chips with a can of coke for me dinner and it was rubbish. The burger was grand (hence the 2 stars) but the coke can was covered in grease, the chips were soaking with oil and bland anyways. The staff and customers don't wear masks or gloves. Wouldn't be going back.

Just ordered from here for the first time, very prompt delivery and very tasty pizza. Will order again.
