Service was good, but food wasn't as good as previous visits. Also there were loads of flies where we were sitting.

I've actually been here twice in the the last few weeks . It's my granddaughter s favourite place to go . The first time was great any time I bring her out for a treat we usually go to milanos ,the food is great whether its Dundrum or Dublin City. The second time I went with my daughter and my 2 granddaughters the youngest was in a buggy asleep. It was a sunny day and we wanted to sit outside as its not as we get too many of those days . The older child was celebrating her birthday and that's why she picked her favourite restaurant Milanos . The outside wasn't busy and there was decking on two levels the upper level had no one at the tables and room at the end near the panneling where you could have easily have put a buggy and not been in any ones way . I went to ask for a table and was told service was slow outside hardly any customers) would we sit inside ? I said thanks but we would like to sit outside please , he said no buggy allowed you will have to sit indoors . I couldn't believe it . There is no way it would have caused an obstruction . He just walked off and left us standing there so we left . My granddaughter was so disappointed. We ended up going to the lower level of Dundrum outside eatery and found a lovely Italian place and the first question I asked was it ok to stay with a buggy as the baby was asleep ,on the outside seats and he said of course why would that be an issue and I told him the problem I had in Milanos . My daughter spent 100 euros Inc tip and we really enjoyed it . As a result its put us off milanos now and we would rather give someone else the business .
