Subway - Dublin

Never like to leave negative reviews. Very dissatisfied with the customer service of the lady working on the 10/11/23 at 19:50 pm. Very rude did not want to make my food the way I asked. She done everything backwards to how it was supposed to be done. I Asked for extra sauce and onions to be told no I’ll put some sauce in a bowl for you ?? She made the roll how she wanted and rushed the whole processes. Did not ask the normal customer service question if I would like anything else or if I was happy with it. Also throwing food around into the boxes. Very bad service and very rude. I get that we all have a bad day but don’t take it out on other people.

I had a great experience at this restaurant, as it was my first time ordering at the Ireland Subway since moving from India. The staff was very accommodating, especially considering I am vegetarian. They provided me with plenty of options and information. The service was excellent and the sandwich was delicious. I would recommend adding hash browns to your sandwich for an extra charge of 0.50 euro for a 6-inch sub or 1 euro for a foot-long sub. The potato wedges were also delicious at a regular price of 2 euro. They offer a variety of crisps, including the superb Blue Walker crisps.

Got like a chicken bread wrap. The quantity of chicken was very less and it's just basic I would say. Not even felt like I ate a decent wrap. Cost me 5.6eur. Need training on how to speak to customers. Overall the place is definitely not worth it.

The woman working at the register was kind and willing to help. The interior design at the Subway restaurant was ordinary and forgettable.
