Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location with access to the airport and city centre.

Great location! The staff was very friendly. The room was big and modern, we loved the spacious bathroom with rainshower.

Overall disappointing for how expensive for it being a 4 star hotel. Cons: Shampoo feels like it is mostly water, shower doesn't seal well so water went mostly outside shower. Toilet roll tissues are super rough/low quality. Bed is so-so comfort wise. Pros: AC is really good, good location to airport transport links. For the price, I rather try elsewhere in the future.

Stayed at hotel for one night re Shania Twain concert in 3 Arena. Staff at hotel were very friendly helpful which made our short stay at hotel enjoyable. Would recommend 100%. The cost of room for one nights stay was expensive, I suppose due to the Shania Twain concert in 3 Arena which is across from hotel.

I attended a work Christmas function. The serving staff and meal was excellent!
