Queued up , server wearing gloves handles cash, then pulls the next cone wearing same gloves (no napkin on cone), runs gloved hand through hair and greets me, ready to pull a cone for me. NO THANKS! I said.

Teddy’s in dun Laoghaire very disappointed with the service this evening. Arrived at 8.50 and girl wouldn’t serve us even though the door was open. Normally really helpful and friendly staff.

I used to love going to Dun Laoghaire for Teddies with the kids and did so for years for creamy yummy cones but on the last two visits, I’ve been sorely disappointed by yellow icy cones. It’s clear that water is being added to the mix to make it stretch further. I even tried two cones from a van and a booth and the van version was only slightly better. Cmon Teddy’s you’ll lose the customers you’ve had for years if you continue to serve a watery ice cone..

My daughter chose the Hot Ferrero Crunch at a recent visit to Teddys. What we got was not was advertised on the menu board. In the picture its chocolate covered, flake incl see image attached. When handed the icecream, I thought the server had forgot to finish it off and asked ... she said thats extra... i said the sign pic shows what to expect for Hot Ferrero Crunch.. she said she doesn't make the signs she makes the icecreams. Menu price 6e 1) misleading deceptive advertising 2)false impression of good expected v what we got 3) customer service poor. Id suggest they update images to reflect what you are given.

Teddys 99 was a stable during our trip to Dun Laoghaire this past month. Definitely an addicting creamy cold treat.
