Freezing cold pizza delivered driver didnt have a clue what my address was, called to complaint at 9.07pm, said they would deliver a new in 45 minutes, said no it woukd be after 10pm, aske that credit be applied for next order, phone gut took my details and number 27 euros for something frrezing. Called this evening for the credit order was told by some one who Didn't have a clue and was told to email the Owner, so folks dont order mid week as drivers are slow and staff dint give a ****. Last time I will order from this company, rude staff...

We attempted to order online for delivery and received a notification that payment was processed. Hour and a half later, no sign of them, rang and they said they would send them out, an hour after that, still nothing. Said this time our order not received at all. Two days later, the money is still gone from my card and the response from the company has been seriously apathetic.

I ordered 4 pizzas from Baldoyle for delivery at 8.30 pm. At 9 pm I phoned in, they told me the pizzas were on their way. The pizzas never arrived. They still charged me for them. so the next morning I had to call in to request a refund. They had the cheek to offer me to send the pizzas the next evening instead of giving m a refund.

Ordered from the Baldoyle store. Super easy to navigate the online website and to order from this place. The pizzas were just DEVINE. Mouthwatering. I will 1000% be returning to this pizza place the next time I am in the Dublin area. Highly recommend the double pepperoni pizza and the Pizza Bianca. Give my thanks to Vincenzo
