Nice hotel at a very good location in Dublin town. The room was cosy and well arranged. The service was good as well. The only thing I missed was kettle and a coffee in the room, but not a big deal. Overall very good value for the money. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
We were in Dublin over New Year's Eve 2023. Good city hotel. Easy to reach with the Dublin Express. And tram stop right outside the door to get to the other side of Dublin. Good price-performance ratio. A bit noisy and beds a bit soft, but overall highly recommended for a short Dublin trip and clean. The breakfast is great. Everything fresh and huge selection. The bar and restaurant are also above average for a 3 star hotel and we enjoyed being there. There are also supermarkets and pubs in the immediate vicinity. But the very best thing is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great insider tips and help with any questions. Anytime . Super friendly and warm. Robert in particular makes you feel like you are with friends. He always takes a lot of time for his guests. A big thank you to him. He makes the difference. We'd love to come back.
Great location, close to bus, train and luas to help get around the city. We had 2 rooms 308 309. Both spotless. Our room was 309 the mattress could do with replacement it was a small double the room could accommodate a king bed which would be so much better. The floors are also quite soft squeaky so you can hear everyone moving around. The bathroom was spacious clean with a shower over the bath. There was no bottled water in the room which was a small inconvenience. Staff were very friendly I liked how the hotel was secure the front door was locked when we came back late at night with staff checking off each resident by name room number upon entering. They appear to be painting the main common areas at reception all corridors on level 3 could do with the same. For the price we paid £125 on a Monday in January it was very reasonable. The location price were ideal but unless they upgraded their beds I wouldn’t be rushing to stay again.
Excellent hotel with all modern facilities, when we reached at 11 am, the receptionist Maria allowed us to check in much ahead of scheduled time, she is also quite helpful in arranging our day trips to Belfast and Cliffs of Moher, another receptionist Catalina was also quite helpful, such staff are asset to any organisation and needs all encouragement. We enjoyed our stay thanks to these kind hearted staff. I will definitely stay again at the same hotel whenever I travel to this city. Rooms: Spacious rooms with all facilities. Walkability: Wonderful location, walkable from Millenium Spire Square.
