Chesterfields - Dublin Road, Ratoath

This is my comment to Wolf Fritz over here who made a review, please stop being too serious or serious for your own benefit. Life should always matter in my most HONEST opinion. Regarding this place this place seems decent. However I'd rather avoid making reviews all the time. At the same time, I like good places to visit. Whwther someone like Wolf Fritz is irrelevant has nothing to do with me yet I am only making a point. Even if someone else or Wolf Fritz over here likes attention and respect, there is literally no guarantee that they WILL achieve those things. I am now happy with my review here. All stopped.

So overall an excellent restaurant with a good variety from beef to duck to turkey to fish. Prompt service was a plus with pleasant servers. My wife had the duck but observed that the skin wasn't seared enough, (she loves her duck and worked with chefs in a former life). My strip steak was a bit more well from medium but I am sure I asked for it that way. Our appetizers scallops and the Christmas Salad were both excellent. Our entrees were good too and the dessert was excellent one enough to share with two forks. Likely seasonal this dish was delicious

Great staff, good value and a Sunday roast that hit the spot. We had a group of 14, we were all staying in the hotel and want a meal before we headed to the airport on a Sunday evening. The staff were amazing and made us a great Sunday roast, even putting a big table together for us! We also had breakfast here one morning and it was a massive buffet with loads of options. From continental to Full Irish, they had it all! The Ashling is a great hotel and this restaurant is no exception. Wheelchair accessibility: Great accessibility and good disabled toilet. Stayed here for a couple nights and we dined in the first night and no where else could compare so we went again! Nicest food I have ever tasted service was also amazing! Would recommend to anyone visiting Dublin and also the Ashling Hotel is a gorgeous place to stay also! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
