Feedback gevenAppalling service. I've only given this a one star because Yelp doesn't accept no star reviews. Food took over an hour and arrived cold, despite store being less than 10 minutes away. I phoned to complain and was told I would have to wait another hour for replacement food because they were busy. I said this wasn't acceptable and they offered to credit the cost for another order. I refused. They then offered to refund the online payment but said it would take 30 days. Nonsense online refunds are automated. When I pointed this out, they agreed to send a driver with a cash refund. I then received another phone call demanding that I return the cold food which I'd already disposed of. He argued for a solid 10 minutes, demanding that I rummage in a bin to retrieve inedible food. I called again and spent another 20 minutes arguing with a store manager who reneged on the earlier agreement saying he would put the refund through online and it would take 3 days. When I asked why I'd been told 30 days, he changed his mind again saying he would send cash but it would take an hour. When I asked why it would take an hour he said it would take 2 3 hours. He was rude and argumentative at all times, as if by asking that he rectify the problem I were cheating him! He eventually hung up and so after an hour and 40 minutes, I had no food and no refund. Don't order from the Dublin Phibsborough terrible food, terrible service and blatant lying to customers to cover their shoddy behaviour. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
They messed up our order, took forever to delivery it, and by the time it eventually showed up it was cold. All this is saying a lot because all we ordered was a pizza which shouldn't be that hard.
