I have one problem with Kays...their scones, why can they not produce scones that do not crumble. If the butter is even a little hard the scone falls apart when trying to butter it. I ate my scone this morning in at least 10 different pieces. I will still eat here, but please do something with your scone recipe. Service: Dine in

Bad experience, just a few hours ago. A woman from the staff came to tell me to move to a smaller table when the place was half empty, I was sitting there because it was the first table available with a plug. I agreed. Instead of ending that conversation, while I was moving she started to point out that I had already finished my plate. I wanted to continue consuming since I was trying to work from there but the way she spoke to me left me with no desire at all. I must emphasize that the rest of the staff was very friendly, except for her. I don't feel like coming back.
Handy location inside the centre. Needed a quick fix. Ordered sausage, bacon, egg, chips for just under €9euro which would be reasonable however the bacon was like a brick. Sausage dried like a prune. Chips and egg were fresh. May have been the time of the day. Would be hapoy to pay €6euro for a 50/50 quick fix meal not 9. Not great.
Me my daughter loved it. Delicious wrap made exactly how I wanted it, and crispy, flavourful croque monsieur. I was also pleasantly surprised by the expertly made cappuccino made by hand, and the microfoam was of quality you’d only expect in a specialty coffee place.
