Niall Sabongi (Salty Buoy Food Truck) agreed to cater our June wedding party back in February. We were extremely excited and looking forward to tasting their food. Some time went by which was fine as I assumed he was busy and I didnt want to pester him.Around April I checked in to finalise details and was told he would get back to me at the weekend. Then it started. No contact was made despite me calling his place in Terenure twice and asking for a call back and numerous polite emails.At the very same time he was posting on his social media very regularly. Absolute disregard for us as a couple planning a wedding. At the last minute we luckily had a cancellation with another food truck. My family, friends and I will never support any business connected with this man.
