San-sans Chinese Takeaway

Ordered last night at 1:50. Waited till 3 then rang the takeaway over ten times over the course of a few minutes. Line was constantly busy. Had my phone on sound in case they rang me but my phone never rang. Called restaurant today to get a refund and they said they food was delivered and the driver rang my phone. There was missed calls but my phone didn’t ring and driver never rang bell on the house which is the bare minimum he could’ve done. Still no refund offered

Ordered multiple meals and most of the order didn’t come. Tried to call and they had the phones off the hook. Took 12 days of me calling and being told I’d be refunded to sort the issue. Manager and staff repeatedly told me they’d call me back and ignored me every time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered food at around 2am.(order confirmed) Website says they’re closing at 4am, I tried to call the shop multiple times. Tried both of their numbers but no one answered. They took my money and didn’t deliver the food. When I rang them the next day asking for my money back, the rude lady on the phone/the manager said she won’t give me a refund. SCAM!!!!! Don’t ever try waste your time ordering from this place. Absolute SCAMMERS!!!!
