Exquisite cheese! I love cheese and I had to stop by for a visit. There are different kinds of cheese some are made by Black Radish and some are not. You'll know who makes it by reading the signs by each cheese. I picked Bandit Red, a cheese that I had never had before. According to the description it's cheddar that is aged 6+ months. It has a creamy texture, medium sharp with buttermilk tang. The cheese was not cheap but it was spectacular! My whole family loved it. I would definitely recommend getting this cheese, it's so good. We also grabbed some cheddar curds they were ok but not my favorite. @ohiofoodlover
GREAT customer service today at the downtown location. I scooped up a edible flower chèvre and a soft cheese to go with some gluten free crackers
We ate dinner at the new North Market at Bridge Park, and walked by Black Radish Creamery several times taking our toddler to the bathroom. So, when dinner was done we stopped in to check it out. We bought a small block of pricey cheese called Bandit Red. Yum. It 's a cheddar cheese with a perfect bite. We also bought cheddar cheese curds, but they paled against the full-flavored Bandit Red. Our toddler now asks for the really good cheese and won 't settle for any other! She has expensive taste.
Black Radish Creamery sells the highest quality products. My favorites are their sharp cheddar, brie, blue, tallegio, aged gouda, tomme, ossau-iraty, mozzarella and raclette. I recently made a snack of warm sweet potato topped with BRC’s Tulip Tree Creamery Trillium triple-cream, bloomy-rind brie, and it may have been the best thing I’ve ever tasted!
