Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dublin

The food here is fantastic! I ordered a bowl with two servings of white rice, black beans, and chicken, and it was delicious.

Awful service! My husband and I visited for a weekday lunch, and the server was in such a rush to prepare online orders that we felt completely ignored. We waited while he hurriedly took our order. When I mentioned that I was on a no-carb diet and wanted to avoid rice, he quickly filled my bowl with hardly any peppers and chicken. My husband experienced the same issue, and there was almost no chicken in his bowl—barely a portion according to Chipotle standards. When I asked for a little extra chicken, he added just four small pieces and informed me there would be an additional charge. My husband didn’t even get any extra. When it came time to pay, they charged me $4 for the minimal amount of chicken in the first place, then another $4 for the extra. Why should I have to pay so much for such poor service and insufficient food?

I had a positive experience overall. The customer service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. The food was good, but it lacked flavor; it just didn’t have the taste I was hoping for. In terms of quality and taste, I remember it being much better back in 2015.

I've usually been a fan of this Chipotle but they would not redeem my Chipotle gift card with under $10 for cash, as required by California law. Now I am in the process of going back and forth with corporate over email. What a drag.

I understand that chipotle give small portions but this Chipotle is giving me the smallest portions of any I've been to in multiple States 10 out of 10 would never stop here again. And then when I went back to buy a second small serving and I do meansmall that was another $5. Just a heads up stop somewhere else for your lunch
