El Pollo Loco - Dublin

The food is unquestionably good, but paid for a combo, that did not include a drink. And they wanted $2.59 for a SMALL soda. Robbery like that is what's wrong with the world. Also, zero personality from the people working there.

Excellent grilled chicken/good value/nice variety in the menu. Food was served hot (short wait), and the service was friendly and efficient. They're a bit understaffed so tables may be a bit dirty (not uncommon for fast food restaurants around here). Horchata is available in the fountain drink area, but the flavor tastes weird. Glad there is a branch here as the nearest Boston Market is far too distant. Five stars for their chicken, but their burritos are inedible (no flavor or freshness in the rice and oversalted chicken) go to Chipotle instead for burritos.

I was unable to redeem any of the promotions that initially attracted me to order from this restaurant. This was very disappointing as it was the first time I experienced this issue. Additionally, it was the first time I had to call in for curbside pickup. Despite these setbacks, I really enjoyed the keto options that were available.

My party was the only one in the restaurant, allowing us to maintain a safe distance. The food was delicious, as always, and I commend the limited staff for their hard work.

Super long wait to order in the drive through and super long wait at the window. It happens several times, I'm gone.
