Little Dipper Shabu Shabu - Dublin

This place makes Shabu-shabu very good! A beautiful mix of Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese flavors come together. I enjoyed a fog broth with tofu, fishballs, rugs and vegetables. Much meat and vegetables too. Especially great on a cold day or night.

We went with a large group (15 ppl). Service fast and friendly. The elections were great and quite generous. Burners kept our single hot pots super hot. Overall, very pleasant experience. BTW, we ordered combo plates, as the portions were more than sufficient and we do not need what you can eat

Impressive place. I usually come to hot pots for broth and her broth is excellent! I feel like for most people, all you can eat is the way to go. The sauces are also excellent, I never use them with other hot pots, but here I do. You have one that they mix with jalapeños and garlic, I HIGHLY recommend. The staff at both places where we were was wonderful. You are a mini chain (of varieties), which is beautiful because you always know what to expect. You have a nice meat selection and decent vegetable selection. I just wish they had more seafood, I would like to see salmon on the menu, this is my favorite in a hot pot. Potato is also a favorite of me. The pots themselves are also on the flat side, so you can burn the soup quickly and need refills. That would be my only complaints.

Ayce with great portions. Fresh Chinese donuts are legit. Meat is on the lower quality side.
