Los Jimadores - Dublin

Great location—I had no idea it was part of this complex, haha! The food is delicious, the bar is nice, and they have a fantastic happy hour. The service can be hit or miss depending on the day, but overall, I really love this place.

I had a fantastic experience! Despite it being a busy Friday, the service was quick and attentive. The food was also delicious!

The food is delicious and expertly prepared, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The service is excellent as well. I particularly enjoyed the salsa; it has a bit more heat than some, which is exactly how I like it. With multiple locations, be sure to stop by for lunch or dinner whenever you get the chance!

(Updated) I came back since Los Jimadores changed owners and changed names and it's been a big improvement! I came at an off time but the food was way better than it had been when this place was still Amigos. The steak in my food was seared perfectly and excellently seasoned. A marked improvement. The decor is nicer and the seating is much more open. It's still not my favorite Mexican restaurant within 10 miles but it's become a much more desirable option. I can at least say it's the best tex-mex north-west Columbus has to offer. (Outdated) Amigo's offers pretty standard tex-mex fare but I'd take it over El Vaquero any day of the week. The seafood and Texas burritos are pretty good, and if you're looking for someplace in close proximity to the hospital I struggle to think of anywhere you could do better for a dine-in experience. I forget the goofy name they have for it but the big blue margarita is worth a try. The saving grace of this place is that it's got no real competition nearby, but I can think of a few Mexican restaurants within 5 to 10 miles that offer more memorable meals.

It was a pretty good meal. And the one thing I can say is it seemed like they got our order out to us faster than ordering food at McDonald's drive thru.
