Vaso is such an amazing place for a fun evening. The atmosphere is so trendy and cool, and they have incredible service. I love the music and the patio is one of the best in Columbus with an amazing view and fun, chill environment. The mixed drinks here are the best! They have so many great selections and they are so well made. The chef of Vaso has to be one of the best in this city. The menu selection is so unique and tasty! I highly recommend the paella, which is one of the best I've had. This is one of the best places to spend an evening in greater Columbus.

I went to Vaso with a group of friends and ate in one of the igloos. The igloos has a small heater that is adjustable to stay a comfortable temperature. There are multiple chairs/couches that all have blankets on them. There are a few coffee tables/side tables to set drinks or food on. The restaurant is tapas style so the food will come out when it's ready, no waiting on all the food to be ready. We got a variety of appetizers to try and share which is the way to go in the igloo. Gluten free and dairy free foods were denoted on the menu. The service was fast and our waitress was very pleasant. The drinks were unique and good but quite expensive $15-$20 each). The rooftop views were very nice.

Now, let's discuss the highlight of the experience: the food. Vaso's menu beautifully blends creativity and tradition, with each dish expertly crafted. We started with the hummus, which was refreshingly tasty, and the burrata, which had an exquisite smoky flavor. The Miramar Punch cocktails we ordered were equally delightful—balanced and not overwhelming. Overall, we enjoyed a fantastic ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food. I will definitely return!

I thought I had reviewed Vaso before, but tonight was exceptional! I didn't take any pictures because I could have sworn I already did. Anyway, we had the BEST service! The chicken sandwich croissants were delicious as an appetizer. We ordered the seafood paella for three, and it was more than enough! It was incredibly tasty! I also personally loved the pineapple cider. The ambiance is lively and fun.

This was our second visit to Vaso, and while it wasn't a terrible experience, we felt it didn't justify the price. The drinks were fantastic, and the ambiance was pleasant, but ordering food there feels like a gamble. We tried the Duck cannolis, but they were rather bland with little flavor. The Deviled eggs with yuzu also fell flat. The Prosciutto flatbread was overwhelmingly dominated by ricotta cheese. On a positive note, the smoked burrata was outstanding! So, in the end, we felt we only got about a quarter of our money's worth. My girlfriend and I left feeling disappointed, especially considering each dish ranged from $18 to $25 for very small portions. We're unlikely to return (definitely not for food), as it's hard to predict which dishes will impress us enough to warrant the high prices. Perhaps we'll come back just for drinks.
