Sunny Street Café - Dublin

Had the Waffle combo to go. Everything was good, wish it came with meat. Eggs should have been put in bowl to keep them warm, not a Styrofoam container.

Went on Aug 2 2024 and got sat at 9:40 and got up and left at 10 am because NO ONE came to check in on us, no one came to give water, the server no where to be found. Be better

The restaurant was nearly empty and it took 5 minutes for the server to attend to us. Then we had to wait an additional 3 minutes for our coffee. There were also 2-3 employees just standing around.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. However, since the redecoration, the noise level inside has become quite loud, particularly during peak hours.

Oh no, what happened to this place?? It used to have a very welcoming, warm, and local feel to it. But unfortunately it has been remodeled to resemble something very cold and corporate. Most of the warm tones and decor are gone, replaced with drab depressing grays. I'd even say the colors used on the menu are off-putting. The location appears very clean and the service and food are generally good. However, this place just isn't as pleasant to visit anymore.
