Fox's Pizza Irish Pub Orland Park

So disappointed with our lunch experience. Our server, Ann S. Was not friendly or helpful. She was very slow to come back to our table for our order and when we asked if it was possible to split the check at the end for us she said maybe but you know it gets really busy here so I don't know. In the end she did split but seemed to be put out. Did not seem concerned or to offer much when I indicated I needed gluten-free. Said I could probably have a salad. I decided to order chicken. I did enjoy the grilled chicken with mushrooms and avocado. It was tasty. A friend had the Ruben sandwich. She said that the bread was not very toasted which can lead to a soggy sandwich. Another friend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Apparently she had never had anything with buffalo sauce and did not know that it was hot. It was so spicy that she was unable to eat it. She told the waitress who asked if she would like to take it home. Not sure how that would help. No offer of anything else. She said you ordered it and Buffalo is hot so you should have known. They charged her for the meal and when we asked to talk to the manager, he said the same thing the Buffalo is hot and she should have known. I did share half of my chicken with her and had to ask the waitress if she could bring a bun and some ranch sauce for my friend. She brought the bun but no ranch. Also never returned for lemon for my friends water. I also mentioned to the manager that the waitress said I could not use my 10% off yelp discount. He said that's right we only take paper coupons. I don't even want to get into all my thoughts on that. On a positive note, the meatballs were delicious. Two in our party ordered them and said they really enjoyed them. Also, I love the Irish pub type feel of the restaurant. I would say that working on their customer service would be helpful to the dining experience.

My order was called today approximately 6p. Before ordering, I asked the young lady what veggies came on the veggie pizza. She told me spinach, onions, mushrooms olives. Great! Placed my order for a small veggie pizza. I home only to find out that it included sliced tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms. The problem is I don't like tomatoes and broccoli on my pizza! Had I known this, I would've simply ordered a cheese pizza added my choice of veggies. So I paid $25 for a pizza that I couldn't enjoy.

What a great time!!! Oh my where to begin! We attended on St. Pattys day for my sons birthday , they dont take any reservations, sadly we waited over an hour and a half, I have never been here before, the front service desk to check in, ppl were very rude and not even helpful .Could be they are over worked and over whelmed , their attitude was awful. The place was completely over populated, but we (party of 11) already waited, out in the cold, babies and pregnant ladies, elderly and disabled, in our party, and the hosts or waitress, waiter, or even managers , would not offer not even a chair, so they have a huge parking lot, very big place, and no they have no time rules, there at all, you can order (according to the ppl at the front desk) and sit for hours, they will NOT ask you to leave, I was shocked about that cause most places do have a 3-4 hour limit. But okay, we all had to go to the basement and eat, do keep in mind on this day, they did have live music , balloon artists and bagpipe players, so all the entertainment was worth the wait, I will say, I was really shocked, they had nothing on the tables no salt, pepper, you did have to ask for water and napkins etc. They serve you with plastic cups, etc. So now the entertainment was extremely good, kid friendly as well. Waitress was also limited, to so many tables, so you really have to tell her everything at once , cause she only had so much time to serve you. Now onto the food! Amazing food!!!! Again worth the wait Wow! I had ordered appetizers and Reuben sandwich , there was pizza, and panini, all of it was extremely good, there was soups, and well I do have some pics to follow. We did like their food. Will we go back? I really dont know, perhaps with no kids, no elderly, and no disabled people. That place didn't know how to actually treat them. so Maybe.

Great pizza . Theresa is a great waitress! Thursday night karaoke night so if you don't like loud music and dancing come another night. Great people watching

I ordered chicken pot pie to go, what I received was chicken soup in a container with a small slice of crust floating on the top. Called and spoke to a manager who could have cared less what I said except to say thats how they make it to go. I was very disappointed and have decided not to go there again! I have been going there for a long time but never again. I'm sure I was carved at least $14.00 for my dinner. They had a great reputation but if this is how they handle things, it won't be getting any better!
