Buffet Kamenice - Dubrovnik Hrvatska

We found this place quite random, as it is one of many restaurants that stretch the streets in the city walls, it was a happy foundation, as it probably served the most tasty food we found here in our week. I had a mixed grill my partner had lamming both were great portions tasty, so we went back when I had cevapcici what was nice. I recommend a visit here.

Had grilled with carrots and zucchini. although slightly on the oily side (this is the Mediterranean style! very enjoyed. waiter was nice, eating was delicious and service was good. paid what we ordered. asked to remove the brot as we were not ordered and immediately taken away. the interior of the restaurant is not very nice, but we sat outside and was pleasant and clean.

Grilled squid. Although it was well cooked, I was disappointed that it was not properly cleaned. it had a few more darms and a bit of grid. so it wasn't great to eat. I had better for cheaper just one road away.

It took a while until we got our food and the fish plate, we ordered, was okay. the service was good. but the price was much higher then expected.

The grilled prawns came with so much oil that I had to ask for a separate plate to just remove the extra oil. The prawns were OK but I couldn't eat the rice as it was totally dipped inside the butter. Later, they charged me extra for the butter as I asked them for a butter garlic prawn grill. It was not at all worth for money. On top, the waiter was super confused, did not speak proper English and it was a total disaster experience overall. We also had to pay extra for the table or the duvet for sitting outside, which was super weird because we wanted to sit inside for the cold weather but they recommended to sit outside. I don't recommend this place, well it is very difficult to find a good restaurant in Dubrovnik that is value for money. Although,I did eat in some really good places as well. I recommend before you decide to eat at a place, apart from the menu and prices check the ratings online.
