When I arrived at the restaurant, the manager seemed preoccupied and not particularly happy in their role. I wouldn't blame them, as the atmosphere inside wasn't very inviting. I opted to use tap to pay, but I noticed that there were issues with the drive-thru as well. My suggestion to the manager is to improve their operations—if they do, customers are sure to return.

This restaurant is truly disappointing. I decided to give it another chance, but it was just as bad as before. Even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our food, which arrived cold. I ordered cheese curds, and most of them seemed like they had been sitting in a warmer for too long, mixed in with just a few fresh ones. I will not be returning to this place again. I've tried it three times now, and each time has been incredibly disappointing.

The staff are always friendly but too expensive for the quality of eating.

This dairy is a must-stop on my way home, making it one of my go-to food spots. Usually, I don't have very high expectations for fast food, but tonight I had such a wonderful service experience that I felt compelled to leave a positive review. I'm not sure what changed, but the service was fantastic. The employee at the drive-thru seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, was extremely polite, and offered great suggestions to help me get the best value for my meal. When the food arrived, it looked like it had been packed with care. Thank you for the excellent service; I'm really looking forward to returning!

Not very often you get a 5 star experience with fast food. I just have to say how truly impressed and happy with the experience we had yesterday at the 16th location! Our kids got shots, so we took them for ice cream. The staff was friendly, fast, super attentive, very kind and so helpful! We will be back and i highly recommend a trip to their dining experience!!!!!
