Subway - Dubuque

The restaurant's hours indicate they are open until 2:30 AM, so I decided to stop by to place an order. However, the food was already gone, and when I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that they were closed. I accepted that, but then the employee began laughing at us, which I found very disrespectful. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and businesses need to close, but there was no need for that level of rudeness.

I ordered sandwiches for lunch, and the staff was extremely quick, getting me in and out in no time. The food was prepared to perfection.

Be cautious when visiting this restaurant, as it's located inside a casino and can be difficult to access if you're looking for a quick bite. They do not accept subway gift cards, which was disappointing. The service was good and friendly, but there was only one staff member on duty.

Just wasted my f'in time to come here and it's a casino.

Tried getting a sub last night. Got in line behind 2 other people ordering. The guy looked at us and in an loud, irritated, and rude demeanor said, Really?! I 'm trying to get stuff done. Then continued to mumble some more under his breath. We just left as we could go elsewhere for food.Should probably get rid of that guy as he clearly doesn 't want to be there anyway. So you can figure out who he is as I didn 't catch a name, he was the only one working (at the casino location in Dubuque) Oct. 1, 2022 at 11:15 pm.
