Pane E Vino Pizza Italienische Restaurants

I am surprise not many people go to this place. Every time my wife and I go, we leave very satisfied. They serve a limited menu consisting or two or three different options. I think it varies often. They serve good italian wine, very nice antipasti and the main entrees are always well prepared and tasty. We live nearby so we have been there a few times. It is not kid friendly thought, it is too small. The environment is quiet and cozy, the seating accommodations are comfortable. Friendly people work there. I hope they will continue doing good business, it is hard to find a nice Italian restaurant in this part of Dusseldorf.

Well, I don't like this restaurant.. because the people who work there put the fingers on the food.. I know because i'm ready see that. And we pay a lot...

Very good food, excellent service and a family place to visit for a soft and quiet lunch or dinner by candlelight. We enjoyed it a lot

Again a good experience eating at this place. We were there with a party of 5, including my 5 year old boy. Although it may seem a bit pricy compared to restaurants around Benrath, it is worth it. The food is nicely prepared and the staff is very friendly; the Sicilian wines we had for dinner were very good. The complementary bread and olives as appetizers and the grappa or coffee at the end, are also a nice touch that adds to the experience. Every dish was full of flavor. The environment of the place continues to be calm and relax. Walk ins are ok, but if you have a party larger than 4 it is better to make a reservation.

I am living in Benrath but I am Italian and sometime I miss the Italian Kitchen..well in Pane Vino I always find what I want. Fantastic and beautiful list of wine and the food is perfect. Gianluca is a great chef. No negativ side, even the price are fair. End on June, unfortunately, the chef will leave the restaurant, I hope the quality will be the same!!!
