Pizza Hut - Düsseldorf

Pizza hat is okay but something has come into the years. a modern update would be slow to fall. but the pizza is ok the service is also ok. all in all ok.

After we were only 10 minutes at the table nobody noticed us, no card was tangible and also after I was placed between the three young ladies who were busy instead of taking care of their guests, no one was apprehending for the minutes and even hitting an arc around me.

We were last two years ago at pizza hat. it was really top and we were super satisfied. Yesterday we were there again. the restaurant was not even well filled yet and still we have to wait ten minutes on the menu, were not even asked for a drink and then after another 20 minutes had to worry about our order being included incl. drinks. we ordered the appetizer "mixed starter" for 10,90€. what was served us was really under all cheerful. semi-gare finished products lauwarm served and thrown one on the plate. no five minutes later, the pizzas came, which I think was going too fast, as you had just started the appetizer. (as if you had tried to refresh the long waiting period from the beginning...)The pizzas were good, but they floated very in oil..The personal seemed very desinteressed and unmotivated. although one has tried to make noticeable, one has been deliberately ignored. there were even guests just left because nobody came. next to us was a table free, which was initially completely ignored and only after we had already been eaten and paid cleansed and cleared.This was a really disappointing visit, because the 72€ for three people were what was offered us absolutely not worth.

We used the all-you-can-eat offer of 8,99 on Wednesday night. as italian we can say that compared to other pizzas from the country... it seemed better if far from a real Italian restaurant pizza. the sorts consisted only of six flavors: soft, strongly seasoned, spicy pizza. slower service when filling up the buffet.

We were eating four. I have to say first that I am not a fan of this chain. my friends wanted to go there. I had ordered canelloni and my fear was confirmed. pampy sauce, undefined chop meat, cooked noodles. for me a catastrophe. also came that we received 4 our food at a time interval of almost 10 minutes each. the last court was then canceled after my friend said and write 45 minutes this still had not. for the quality and the miserable service, prices are not understandable at all. absolutely nogo. Never!
