Mcdonald's - Duisburg

I did my order at 12am, i had a train at 12:15. So at 12:10 i went to the abholung desk to ask for my order, i spoke directly with the manager (by chance) and he was upset that i ask for my order and said that it doesn 'tmatter that i have a train in 5min not his problem and was waving his hands, i told him that if i choosed to eat at McDonald 's it 's because it 's called Fast-food so if they can 't be quick on preparing orders then they shouldn 't called themselves Fastfood anymore. 2 minutes after, i had my order but i missed my train.

I usually have photos clicked, but Mc Meal.. I can't wait to have a quick bite, and also, with the 1st bite, I end up finishing it. Moral of the story No snaps with Mc meals

This is by far the worse McDonald's I've ever been too. The burger paddy was the driest and the most over cooked paddy I have ever had from a fast food place. It tasted like beef jerky and the cheese wasn't even melted because the sandwich was cold. The service was terrible too. The employees were rude and they gave me mayonnaise even though I ordered ketchup. I would just throw away this food if I wasn't starving and everything was closed.

Went to McDonald's for a quick pit stop at the train station. And I only ordered a Apple Pie snack and it was tasty except it took way too long to wait for my take out order and because I barley understand German I was waiting for my number to pop up on the collect screen and I was in a hurry. After that I asked the workers if they had my order and they couldn't recognize my order number so they just ignored it. But luckily one of the employees spoke English and helped me out and I got my order and I didn't miss my bus on time. and one small thing sometimes holmless people enter the McDonald's asking for money or food to everyone Even one came up to me but I don't speak German. I hope in my next visit I come prepared and hopefully the service improves
