The Plough - Duloe

Went for a birthday meal, had a bad experience with two meals, because the chef didn't read the waitresses' notes correctly, Wasn't allowed to take a birthday cake in. The landlady didn't want to listen to reason. Would not recommend The Plough at Duloe, Cornwall. Price per person: £100+ Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

I’ve been a head chef for 14 years and this is the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. Been sick twice and stuck in the toilet. The staff are very rude and have an awful attitude. Was hoping this pub would become my local after moving into the area recently but never again. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Lovely relaxed little pub in a small, sweet village. Popped in for a couple of beers and was met by very kind waiting staff. Would visit again. Vegetarian options: Really lovely to see vegan options in a country pub. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited last year while on holiday in the area and it was so lovely we had to come back this year! Food and service were still just as amazing. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. We felt very relaxed and not rushed. Our 2 dogs were very welcomed and looked after. We will definitely be back and recommend if you are in the area. As usual , excellent , not cheap but you get what you pay for . Nice location , nice surroundings attentive and informed staff . Management team approachable and friendly . Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
