TGI FRIDAYS - Atlanta (Gwinnett)

This restaurant is severely understaffed. I am unsure how the rating is 3.7 as it is clearly outdated and inaccurate. The service is subpar as we were not even seated, and there was only one chef and one host working. It appears that this restaurant may be facing closure, so I would not recommend wasting your time here.

On 11/15/2023, I placed an order for takeout using the restaurant's website. Despite calling multiple times over 30 minutes to check on my order, I did not receive a confirmation email or a response. The order was placed at 5:54 PM while the restaurant was open, but I ultimately gave up and went elsewhere for food. It seems like I may need to dispute the charge. I am unsure if this restaurant is even operational.

Terrible service. We spent an hour and a half at the restaurant, with over an hour of that time spent waiting for something. We never received the sauce we asked for multiple times, waited 30 minutes for a refill that never came, and had to remind the staff about the drink I ordered after 30 minutes. In the end, I had to get up and seek out someone to get a box and the check so we could leave. The complimentary appetizer was appreciated, but I would have preferred proper service and a pleasant experience overall. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and angry.

I came here with my parents Friday night. We were sat immediately and our server came to get our drink order. Our drinks took forever to come to the table but when we got them they were correct. We ordered the trio and asked for boneless wings but got wings in our order. We didn’t care to fix it so we just ate them. We ordered dinner: baby back ribs, shrimp and chicken pasta, and a steak medium rare. The steak came out unevenly cooked and half was rare, and we never got the side salad we had ordered. the server never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything so we weren’t able to ask them to fix the steak and to get the side salad. After we were done eating she dropped off the check. We did tell the server the issues we had and she seemed standoffish and with an attitude just said we took 10 dollars off. Don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

We went to the Duluth Georgia Fridays on Nov. 6th 2023 for lunch. It was a sad lunch. The place will be closed this time next year. Over 2800 reviews and only has a 3 rating. Guess it could be worse. we went in at lunch time from12:10 until 1:30 we were in there. If there were 4 tables the entire time. When we left we were the only ones in there. The atmosphere was horrible. The manager never seen. I ordered potato skins. Skins is the perfect description. They were actually crispy. The wings were so over cooked the meat was so hard I couldn't chew it. I had to return my pot stickers. As soon S i seen them. They were hard and dried out.3 on the plate. Never will we be back. It's unfortunate. They completely changed the menu and that was their down fall. $53 for a burger, fries. A soda an appetizers and a brownie. So not worth 20 never mind $53. I did not complain as I was out with a special needs young girl for her birthday. I didn't want to up set her. Sorry to say but we will never go back... probably to any Fridays.
