Chick-fil-a - Duluth

We had heard great things about Truett Cathy's Dwarf House Chick-fil-A, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. The service was excellent, with Charles making our sit-down experience truly memorable. He exemplifies what a great employee should be, going above and beyond to assist us with directions and even providing us with to-go cups without us having to ask. We give CFA 5 stars and Charles deserves 10 stars for his exceptional service.

The drive-thru service was quick, but the employees seemed to lack proper training. I showed the cashier my app before paying, but he ran my card before informing me that I needed to claim my rewards first. He then instructed me to email for my reward points, which seemed inefficient. However, the meal was prepared well and tasted delicious.

Chick fil a is hands down my favorite fast food spot. Their chicken sandwich tastes like it was just made and the fries are amazing. They offer a variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The prices are reasonable and they have a great loyalty program for returning customers. I give it a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars.

Tried the Cobb salad for the first time it was really good with the avocado lime ranch dressing. I also tried the cool wrap last week which was good … but had way too much lettuce and not nearly enough chicken. For the price of the wrap you should get more than just lettuce!
