Feedback gevenDuring our meal, our youngest child accidentally dropped food on the floor and although we cleaned up the mess, there were still some crumbs under our table. As we were leaving, a worker loudly complained to another colleague about having to clean up after us, while my wife was tending to our children's coats. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, especially considering I had left a generous tip despite not receiving the promotion for the children. Given the current challenges faced by the food industry due to the pandemic, labor costs, and supply issues, this experience solidified our decision to not return to Moe's in the future. While our past visits were not as bad, they were never particularly pleasant. I would recommend exploring other options for a burrito fix if Moe's continues to disappoint.
Do not eat at this restaurant until they improve their health standards. Just do a quick Google search for "Health Point" and you'll see why.
Very disappointed by customer service. the bank was extremely rude. when I tried to scan the app of the moe for rewards, he said: "It will be on the entrance. you can do that for your own time.” there was only one other person who heard this and pressed how rude it was and went without getting food.
I love Moe's but this location does not allow ypu to serve your own salsa and will not give you more than two small Packets of salsa for your chips.
They’re lucky by force we have to give STARS BUT MAN THEYRE SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE AT THE CUSTOMERS, I don’t RECOMMEND THIS MOES TO ANYONE AND THEYRE MESSED UP AND THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE JESUS HELP THIS PLACE OR SHUT IT DOWN
