We came as a group of 20. the table we received was very strangely placed and we blocked a lead as soon as we sat, the seemed to irritate other customers. beyond, great service, eating was fantastic and we left happy.

Went to Old Chicago for my birthday. When we arrived, we waited over 10 minutes for a host to even see us, despite the numerous other employees that walked by. We were seated in the back corner and our waitress did not see us for another 10 minutes. Our waitress apologized and told us she did not know we were seated there. Our food took a long time and we were therefore rushed in eating, as we had plans afterward. My fiancé requested no mushrooms in his Stromboli, but got a Stromboli with mushrooms. We didn’t see our waitress again until we asked for our tab so he never got to mention the issue with his meal. I had a very large gift bag along with me and we were not once asked if we were there for any occasion.
