The people were nice. quite average coffee shop. it took longer than average time to get my drink. I saw the person behind me get her drink in front of me and I just ordered a cold brew with a look.

Hello again! I decided to give this Starbucks another try, but once again, it was a disappointment. I ordered a pink drink, just like my friend, but while hers came out perfectly, mine was a mess. I specifically asked for no ice, but instead of a smooth pink drink, I got this weird separation issue. I've had pink drinks without ice many times, and they always look fine—this was just unacceptable. If I could give it a zero-star rating, I definitely would.
