Great for catching up with friends for brunch or lunch. Cosy inside or lovely outside catching the sun. Good food choices & lovely cakes & slices.

The coffee is always good, food options at breakfast & lunch always plentiful with an offering of sweet & savory treats as well.

We met friends for lunch at GG's. The same staff member seems to have multiple tasks i.e. taking orders, escorting people to outside tables, etc. There is a good range of filled rolls etc. with a range of breads on offer for sandwiches. My husband and I decided to have a more substantial meal - he opted for the steak sandwich which came with caramelised onions, tomato, egg, lettuce ($16.90). Unfortunately the steak was tough. I ordered pulled pork salad with kale, quinoa and (I think) nuts. The dish came with pulled pork, quinoa, pumpkin and a lot of kale ($17.90).. Unfortunately, there was no dressing, so everything was very bland.. We noticed that ground pepper was offered at a neighbouring table, but this was after we had eaten. Two of our party decided to have cake with their coffee - after 20 minutes of the coffee arriving and no cake, another trip was made to the counter. The cake arrived 7 minutes later. Needless to say, the coffee was cold. The staff were pleasant, but I would suggest that something needs to be done to help with the delays - perhaps an extra staff member would be appropriate.

A favoured breakfast spot, the full breakfast and the full vegetarian breakfast are excellent. A little pricey but the plate was full and the quality good.
