Pizza Hut - Dumas

We decided to try the lunch buffet when it came back after a two year abscence but we shouldn't have bothered. There were never more than 4 pizzas out at any one time, and usually less. The drink now is a bottle and a glass of ice plopped on the table. Considering the buffet is $12 per person (and the drink is now extra) I believe we will just stick with carry out from now on.

They took for ever to get our order and when they brought out our food the whole order was wrong. When we went to go pay they also took forever to get to us and the place was empty.

Great waitress and quick service. The pizza was very good, excellent crust and flavor. Wings as good as I've had. Thanks.

Bathroom was like a freaky gas station. Door knob completely broken, handle on toilet completely broken list goes on.Yelling in kitchen.When we left, they asked us if we had paid…??? (we ordered and paid with the same cashier that questioned us when we left and we were the only people in the restaurant 75% of the time…)Just Weird

Staff yelling at each other during the time we ate.Ordered a pizza half Hawaiian luau half buffalo chicken. But they did not even put one single piece of chicken on the entire pizza, and bacon had been added to the entire pizza but we had not asked for any bacon. The receipt confirmed what we had actually ordered. When we pointed it out the server informed us her boss was “not going to want to remake it.” So we were stuck with a pizza that was made without the main meat we had paid for.Kid-friendliness: Lots of table and seating.
