After waiting for an hour to get my order, I called them and commissioned them for three minutes. the operator said there was a problem with her ordering system so that my ordering was only prepared and I would have to wait a few minutes. I said I wanted to cancel my order if I had to wait again, but they promised that I would get it after minutes. the next time I called to tell them about the missing pizza (because it wasn't the fault of her driver, so he couldn't solve the problem) they wanted me to wait once more for minutes until they could talk to me. I said I won't wait anymore, because that's absurd. Now I understand, when I work with an online system, there can be mistakes, but I just want to say: dear owners of thalia, I hope that their staff will be paid, and I am sure they are underoccupied, so it is impossible for them to do their work properly. a real entrepreneur who takes care of the staff would work on such a busy day and help the team. this is the keyword: teamwork. when they work in hospitality, they help and support their employees so they can do their work properly.
I ordered pizzas from casa thalia soarelui, because I was really hungry and I thought that because it is a minute drive with the car, it will arrive pretty fast. I ordered it online, I was excited for her online system for ordering and...Paying, so I paid it online and I waited minutes until I called it and ask them about my order as I did not expect the time online. the guy who responded to my call was rude, he didn't even say sad or explain the situation, just say that the supplier just left (as everything was normal). after hours and minutes I have my pizzas, almost cold (the outside C degree did not help them to be so cold) again with any excuses. as that, the vegetarian pizza tasted like a stew with bad quality vegetables and cheese. a plus for the teig who was okay, but a very dissapointing experience.
Last week with colleagues from work we went out for some beers and since we wanted a bite too, this place was chosen. Location is on of the side streets in Lipovei neighborhood close to where I leave so convenient. Seating capacity...very good on the terrace it very nice to seat for a few hours, but also indoors a very good seating capacity. If you arrive by car you can park in front of the restaurant- but they don't have their own parking, you will park on the street. Service very good, even that the place was full the terrace at least and it was a weekday. Food arrived fast, drinks we did not have to wait for overall very good waiter work. Food&drinks good selection of pizza everybody had a variation of pizza nicely done, good seasoning, spiced only mildly so it was not only basil and oregano flavor all that you could taste. Crispy crust was completing it very nice. Drinks good selection of beers and also strong spirits so everybody could pick their favorite. Prices pocket friendly good price to quality ratio overall If you are in the area , you con stop-by it is worth it.
I ordered three pizzas and after one and a half hours only two arrived. They were cold and tasteless. The delivery man had no idea what to do and i tried calling them four times afterwords to clarify, but no one answered. Never again!
This place is on South Boulevard and is a perfect choice for a birthday party or for a family or friends outlet or a place to eat a good pizza or traditional Romanian dishes. The staff is always with a smile on the lips, but serving...could be faster. The original food in an easy location , not far from the Dan Paltinisanu Stadium. Enjoy your meal!
