Feedback gevenI hate to leave negative reviews, but this is my local panera and there is no convenient way to give written feedback about the app. I don't want the food loan to give the app, I just want exact orders. ? After the last 4 orders not wrong (literal writing in the store after I had to go back because I had a sandwich with some kind of ?beef? instead of chicken)? I'm disappointed. This place was once great and the team members are always friendly. This lets me ask if the leadership trains correctly or supports the team that actually makes the food. For a reference, I typically order Panera at this place about once a week. Sometimes there are small mistakes (such as type of chicken, or missing tomatoes, etc), but this is the second time that I had to return this month because of an inaccurate order. It has brought to the point that when I pick up the food in the café myself I open all containers and sandwiches before I go.
I love Panra... it's a favorite of me. I was with many of them all over the country. This is beautiful and had good service. The food was delicious. I'm back.
I'm really not the biggest fan of Panera, but this store gets five stars because of a young lady named Kate. She was very attentive to the people waiting for her orders. She did an excellent job. She deserves a raise.
High prices for medium quality food. I come to order, I do the pay, wait, standing, have to get my own drink and I often get the wrong order. Why do you ask for TIPS? How would it be better to pay your employees instead of thinking the public that they need to balance your cruelty? ****!
The only complaint I have about Panera is the tiny salad portions compared to the big price and big bowl they come in. It's like side salad portion with entrée size price tag. I mainly get soup and baked goods, with the occasional sandwich. So my go-to items are always good.
