We stumbled upon this restaurant while playing pitch and putt; the food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The prices were great, especially for their fish and chips - nowhere else in Portpatrick charges as little as £6.00 for them. It's the perfect place to grab a meal and leisurely stroll around. Other restaurants in the area charge around £14.00 for the same dish, so give this place a try and save some money while enjoying a delicious meal by the seafront.

I stumbled upon the CH Catering truck by accident while walking back to my hotel on the hill. It was located next to the bowling green. I decided to order the fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious! Caroline, the owner, is extremely friendly and it was lovely to have a chat with her while waiting for my food to cook. I highly recommend this place!

Carolyn's restaurant in Portpatrick offers the best food in town, hands down. Whether you're craving curry, lasagna, fish and chips, or Chinese cuisine, every dish is fantastic and served with a friendly smile. Located between the bowling green and the mini golf course, Carolyn's restaurant is a must-try. You won't be disappointed!

We recently rented a house in Portpatrick for a family celebration wanted a meal catered. I contacted CH Catering arranged catering for 16 people, Carolyne was extremely helpful. They arrived an hour before, prepared the meal served the three chosen courses then cleared up afterwards left the kitchen spotless! Choice of two soups, a full roast beef dinner choice of two desserts all totally amazing! They were friendly efficient served the food in a cheery manner. Would not hesitate to recommend CH Catering!

We were so impressed with the range and quality of food offered here. The fish and chips were just perfect, and the portions were generous too. We really appreciated the warm welcome, almost as much as our dog appreciated the free sausage! We've eaten a lot of street food and even been to street food festivals the food here was up with the best.
