Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant for lunch on 26th May 2023. Tried and enjoyed the McPlant burger. Service was quick, despite a lot of customers. The only negative was that I was not allowed to use the on-site toilets, whilst others were granted access!? I asked the staff member (Khaled) for an explanation but he just ignored me and walked off. This left me thinking WHY ME? . I phoned the restaurant later that day and spoke to a lady who I assume was the manager. She seemed surprised by what I told her, and struggled to find a plausible reason for what happened. She apologised and promised to investigate. I assumed she would phone back with an explanation but I didn 't receive a call. Can anyone from McDonalds offer an explanation?
Disabled housebound mother who has lost money on EVERY ORDER from this restaurant. Manager is selling items twice to build P&L and/or staff are robbing at cash up. Either way we are sick of paying for items that are missing with no refund. 4 orders this month alone without desserts included. Will not be using ever again.
A lot better since one of the employees has left and started a new job as an electrician. Staunch review
Ordered a drive through meal and wascgiven the wrong burger. Asked for a crispy chicken Italiano and I got a burger which was cold and tasteless. Couldn’t eat it
Ordered through just eat they accepted the order then comes up delivery driver on there way to find out a message comes up 2 hrs later saying they have cancelled the order due to they can’t make the order totally waste of my time and really not happy and so not happy waiting 2 hours then to be noted it’s cancelled what a waste of time they really need to update there app is totally rubbish
