Oliveto At Haddington House

I attended my Father in Law's 80th Birthday here two weeks ago and have been meaning to put up this review. I can't fault this place one bit and it surpassed any expectations we had. The rooms were very reasonable and clean and spacious, the Private Function room was set up beautifully and with the added back drop of Dunlaoghaire Pier it was just beautiful....even more so in the evening. Now the Food and I love my food....one word AMAZING.....honestly was blown away by the quality, taste and presentation of it. The Staff every single one of them from the Bar to the ones looking after us on the night could'nt do enough for us. The Breakfast was beautiful and as you're overlooking the Pier it was very scenic....it even gave those of us who over indulged the night before inspiration the walk the pier and blow away the cobwebs... which is exactly what it did. This was then followed by a stroll around the market in the People's Park and then back to Oliveto's for some lunch I highly recommend the Oliveto pizza and Chips....nicest I've ever had) I know I have gone on a bit but had to highlight every last detail of my one night away which felt like a few days away. I'm already planning a return with a group of girls just because. Well done Guys and Gals whatever you're doing it works....See you soon Andrea xx

My husband and I stayed here last night. Really enjoyed our stay. The room we had was totally retro, love the refurbished version. Lots of lovely nibblies and teas and coffee in the room with prob one of the best views in Co. Dublin. Staff were great. Dinner was great, breakfast was amazing. Def recommend. We'll go back. Thank you Sinead receptionist for upgrade. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent staff, Oliveto Restaurant is top class too, really enjoyed our time in The Haddington House. Highly recommend

A huge thank you to all the staff at Oliveto for making Robyn Joe's family wedding weekend simply wonderful, from arrival with the large family meal in the restaurant to the private family function if the Library Bar where the setting, music and atmosphere was perfect. We had really wonderful food, wine cocktails ! organised by very friendly yet professional staff at all times. Every request was catered for and kind consideration given to the younger family members. Would certainly recommend Oliveto and have found a new venue that we will all be returning to ! Had an early diner there last night . Maitre D superb, staff lovely and food amazing . We went into Lobby for an after diner drink beside the fire . I give this place 10 outbof 10
