Little Caesars Pizza - Duncan

I called in my order and said it would take 20 minutes. Shown and two pizzas were made and sitting there (not under a heating) waited an additional 10 min before the third pizza was finished. Overall, it took my order 45 min. I called back to complain about my two cold pizzas, and Ryan the manager didn't seem to care.

After I came in and ordered my food, I was told it was 10 to 15 minutes. After half an hour waiting and also after hearing someone in the kitchen asked twice whether they had my Hawaiian in the oven without answer I went to the counter. A few minutes later, the other two pizzas and bread sticks I had ordered were cold and the Hawaiian had a ton of liquid in the middle. Scary customer service never came to check me out once to let me know what was going on with my pizzas, even though I sat in their lobby. I will never use this place again

Pizza is always hot and ready and fresh, but the young lady who runs the register is only extremely rude

You wouldn't take my money because it was bigger than 20 said they had no money, but how can you get money if you refuse to sell will not stop. P.S. this is the third. Let me go somewhere else to get a meal.

Had a wonderful experience and the food was good...like totally better than I remember Little Ceasars tasted...I haven't had Little Caedars in years. I will be back. The pizza was tasty but the wings were better. ? I was greeted by a young lady when I entered and received great excellent service. I was quoted a 10 minute wait and my food was brought out to me by a young man in less than that time...steaming hot!! ? Myself and my children really enjoyed our lunch as a result of today's greatness. Thank you. ?
