A&W Restaurant - Duncan

I ate my burger today and a long hair was in the burger. That can happen. But when I brought this burger and the hair to the staff, they only offered me a burger. This is very unprofessional. There was no real excuse and I was not offered any form of compensation for the loss of my appetite to find someone else hair in my mouth. Very bad administration.

Yuk Yuk absolutely tasteless not even a bit of teersauce. Only tasteless fish with tasteless herb. I was so happy about it. What a goodbye.

Stopped in Duncan for breakfast at this A&W. I am not a fan of staff huddled and talking about personal topics when I go up to the counter to order and this group were pretty chatty. Placing our order was quick and easy but as soon as your back turns they are back at it. I also found this restaurant to be fairly dirty, filmy windows and food on the floor etc.. Maybe too much chatting. Food was definitely better than most A&W's.

The bread does not always sit with me...so some time I will just order the meat patty. AW meat patty is good and is filling.

What an amazing feeling to know someone kind would return a wallet that was found in the womens bathroom. I'm not sure who to thank, a stranger, a staff member of A&W Duncan but I was so grateful to know that the wallet I left in the bathroom at their restaurant was found in the stall i left and returned to the cashier. Thank you SOOO much, everything you can think of was in that wallet, credit cards, ID, gift cards, family pictures and even $160.00 cash. Nothing was taken and it as kept in their office until i could make it up island to retrieve it. Thank you to everyone that helped. Kind people are everywhere, just open your eyes and look around.
