I was drawn to the entrance outdoor eating area which features a large wooden framework covered in grape vines. There is a beautiful water fountain in the middle and it felt like a little bit of paradise in the middle of the town. The night I was there it was not very busy and the ambience was very peaceful. The server was very friendly and the food came quickly. I thought the food tasted really good.
Four of us had a lovely dinner at Gourmet Gardens tonight. Great menu options, very reasonable prices, good friendly service in a quiet quaint setting. Jenny our server, hosted AND cooked, she was great everyone really enjoyed the food. Will be back again soon.
This restaurant is not about speed. It is about the food, the experience; the atmosphere. Serene, peaceful setting inside out. Service with a smile. Food is freshly made to fill your order. The prices are surprisingly affordable. The chef comes out and personally thanks you, whenever possible. Looking for a romantic spot? Gourmet Gardens is it.
A new restaurant, now known as The Ainslie, with an upscale offering that promises to make it one of the better places to eat in town. It's casual dining with a flair. As they are just getting started, I understand why their bar selection is limited, but the food was fabulous and their house red was a wise choice. I ate here during their first week of operation and then again at a company Christmas party that was beautifully catered.
The mushroom Alfredo pasta is so delicious, as was the yam ginger soup. A lovely supper out for us, especially as the service was A1 from a very charming server. We’ll be going back and recommending this place to friends!
