Amores Pasta Pizza - Duncanville

I absolutely adore this location! The food is consistently excellent, and the customer service is outstanding!

This Domino's is the worst in the metroplex. I've been giving it chance after chance since it opened because it's so close to my home. Each time I try it, I end up regretting it. The pizza is always overcooked, and it consistently upsets my stomach. Little Caesar's, Papa John's, Pizza Inn, and Pizza Hut are all much better options. It's frustrating that I have this Domino's just down the street, yet I have to drive to the Oak Cliff location on Hampton/Illinois to get decent Domino's pizza.

When I approached Domino's, I noticed that the delivery employee laughed upon seeing me. She then falsely claimed that she had delivered the wrong order and that they would be making another pizza for me. I clarified that the original order was correct and asserted that she had intentionally mishandled it. I requested a refund, but she continued to laugh during our conversation, offered an apology, yet showed no genuine remorse. I asked to speak with the manager, who witnessed our interaction and issued the refund but did not say a word throughout the exchange. The behavior of the disrespectful employee was incredibly frustrating, especially knowing that she had tampered with the order. I informed her that I would be contacting corporate about the incident, to which she casually replied that she would find another job. My recommendation to Domino's is to take her up on that offer, as she is detrimental to your brand. I have reported this matter to the Duncanville Health Department and also reached out via Twitter (@SharlaWooten) but have yet to receive any response. I lack confidence in the on-site management that was present during this incident. As a proud business owner in Duncanville for 20 years, known for being a good neighbor, I have decided not to patronize this location again. Great tasting food, piping hot, fast service!Parking: The lot is laid out with a very difficult to navigate entrance and less than usual space to maneuver. Plenty of spots, but hard to access them

Domino's is not my place no more, because they burned my pizza all the time and I asked them please do not burn my pizza, but they don't listen, and other things it shows on TV that Pizza are $6:99, and is not ture they charge you more money and they say is the taxes, that is a bunch of lies, I give it a 000,,
