Feedback gevenI'm a fan of lil Caesar, especially for the children! But I ordered the thin crust for me recently and it was delicious. Mushrooms/black olives and additional cheese! The wings are decent if you only have wings.
Francisco the manager was amazing- super professional and gave us excellent customer service. Had a problem with the mobile app, but he took care of us and made a frustrating experience with the app- a fantastic culinary experience due to its cheerful friendly setting! We're back to this place because of Francisco!
On Friday, 13. May I have posted an online order for 15 pepperoni pizzas and it planned to it on Saturday, 14. May at 3 p.m. at this point. On Saturday morning at 11 a.m. (2 hours before pickup we called the place that demanded that we reduce the number of pizza orders to only 8, not 15 due to a change in the number of participants at our event. A very simple request to simply reduce the amount of pizzas turned into turbulence, the manager gave me the complete runaround and told me every excuse in the book that this request could not be made. My pizzas have already been made (2 hours before picking up? , she was not able to find the order number because she could only search for orders 15 minutes before picking up? The order has already been completed and cannot be completed? etc. To make a long story short, she hanged on me. Because our event was in a few hours, I thought I'd settle for the 15 pizzas I ordered. I'd rather not have one. After the pick-up time I still had the text alarm and e-mail indicating my order was ready, I had someone pick up the pizzas. When he arrived, he called me and said they canceled the order completely. My pizzas were never made. I called her back immediately and said I never once said that I wanted to cancel my order and went back and forth for a few minutes. At this point we left no pizza and no refund. This place literally stole my money. She called within 24 hours, I would get a refund. We are now on business day 3 (May 18th and not refund has been credited to my account. The manager here is terrible, rude and completely unprofessional. Be careful when you order here, especially large orders. I'm just about to make a fight through my bank.
This place went terrible. Just left. The two young girls are sweet, but the Hispanic woman who seems to be responsible was super unorganized and rude. She didn't do anything other than commands and let the rest flow. She also saw that my order was ready, but was busy ordering others to hand over my pizza and one of the nicer young girls handed it over to me. Me. Understand many come for the hot and ready, but put a limit on the orders when they fulfill is difficult.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza wasn?t fully cooked. I called and the girl that answered the phone asked if I could pick up a replacement to which I replied no could it be delivered. She is heard talking to coworkers and they are talking about cooking times. Then one rude girl says that?s her fault she ordered all them toppings. I only had three toppings it wasn?t my fault that they didn?t know how to cook it. I then asked to speak to a manager for a refund because at this point I know that you don?t care about peoples well being. At this point this location needs to be shut down
