Pizza Romano - Duncombe Rd, Bradford

Ordered food at half 7 and didn't arrive till 10!!! Despite ringing twice, I was assured it was on it's way and it still took another 40 minutes. Very poor service. Food was mediocre. Wont be ordering again, for the price we paid, we could've had domino's and at least it would've arrived within the hour!

Used to think it was brill ive had four **** ones in a row tonights was the worst got a po boy sandwich delivered the bread was stale even had mould rang them up said I could have another said no ta they've just gone right down the pan will never use them again

Gone so far downhill i wont be going again last 2 orders with either wrong or missing food tonights order had burnt (black) chips with so much salt they went straight in the bin and a burnt burger that just fell apart when i picked it up dissapointed and still hungry

Regular user but won't be after tonight waited 2 hours for takeaway (told would be 45mins) then order was wrong! By this point I was so hungry I wasn't sending it back! This is the first time since the move of premises I have ordered and the quality has changed very poor! Such a shame!

Absolutely amazing place, the food here is excellent!
