It's just not the same anymore! I drove over an hour to get subs for myself and my colleagues because they couldn't believe how large the subs and the generous amount of steak used to be. However, what I had last Saturday was not the Captain Harvey Sub I remember. While it was still good, I'm sad to say that the magic of the original has faded. If you're expecting a nostalgic trip down memory lane with huge subs like before, you might be disappointed. It's a decent sub, but it’s definitely not the Captain Harvey I grew up loving. Rest in peace, Original Captain! You are truly missed! - Matt

As for the food, it's still worth a visit. The Steak Subs are indeed loaded as promised, but unfortunately, they lack flavor and the meat was a bit dry. On the other hand, the crinkle-cut fries were spot on. The service, however, was rather underwhelming.

Always a must-visit! The food has been fantastic since my childhood, and here we are, over 46 years later!

In any case, you must stop for lunch, dinner or snack time! I have officially tried many subs they have and every last is amazing. The owner/manager is great and so is the entire staff. The price was decent and quite competitive with other restaurants of this style. Very recommended to come here!

The food at this place was exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared. I could choose among many menu options. I loved the service at the place and the staffs were super friendly with the guests. They always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
